Can Cause Constipation

Amla has high amounts of fiber, and that is one of the best solutions for constipation. But if you are in love with Amla and take them in excess, it can cause problems. It hardens the stool and added to that if you have the habit of taking less water, then it can lead to constipation. You can prevent the problem of constipation by taking Amla is dried form or in the form of juice. But make sure that you are drinking enough water along with it.

Can Worsen The Symptoms Of The Cold

Amla is said to be good for lowering the body temperature as it is an excellent coolant. If you are already having cold symptoms, then it is good to stay away from it. You should not be taking it in small amounts as well because it can make the cold worse.

When you are eating Amla in excess, it can make your scalp dry. This can lead to hair fall, itchy scalp and dandruff as well.
